Vol.66 Fashion Creatives issue
It has been five and a half years since last time we did a fashion special. While we do of course introduce the brands that have highly sophisticated collections, we also cover the brands that pursue their own graphic designs or textiles, an unique set design of their live fashion shows, and the campaign visuals, lookbooks, DMs expressing their artistic and deep aspects. This latest issue spotlights various creative talents that create the brand’ s world through our diverse points of view.
At the opening page, this issue features five brands that don’ t simply present distinctive collections, but also take things one step further by undertaking avant-garde artistic endeavors in order to shape an innovative take on the world. The second feature the DMs of COMME des GARÇONS, which take the work of artists as materials for making powerful collage visuals that express the brand’ s stance. Finally, in our third feature we present creative agencies working in the fashion industry that handle campaign visuals, catalogs, as well as production for shows and films.
